This is the story of Northern Soul.
Award-winning director Elaine Constantine has recently completed filming her first feature-length film Northern Soul, with an intended cinematic release in Spring / Summer 2013.
The film tells the tale of two Northern boys whose worlds are changed forever when they discover black American soul music.
Northern Soul was phenomenally popular with British youths in the 1970s, taking the North of the country by storm. Northern Soul the film intends to appeal to those generations of fans while attracting a modern audience who can relate to youth culture from another era. If you were there, you’ll know. 电影就看看舞步，听听音乐，可惜舞步音乐都不是我感冒的类型。整部片子都一个调子，处于亢奋状态的感觉，剧情真的无感染力。年代感营造的倒是不错，还有就是敬业的群演很卖力的跳了一整部电影。


青春开始，青春正在继续……经历了许多之后，哥们仍旧是哥们！音乐很好听！
